刘涛，中共党员，博士研究生学历、工学博士、博士后、讲师，软件与通信学院教师。

研究方向：信号检测、无线通信、模式识别

近年来主持局级2项、横向4项；主要参与天津市自然科学基金1项、天津市多元基金1项、省部级项目2项，参与国家基金1项。发表SCI/EI论文3篇、授权发明专利6件。
